Your card. Your rewards.

Enroll any Visa or Mastercard in 2 minutes. Spend normally. Get reimbursed on your next paycheck. Keep every reward point. No expense reports. Ever.

Ask your employer to offer Visaala. Forward them this page →

Up and running in 2 minutes

You get a link from your employer. That's it. Everything else is automatic.

Step 1

Open the invite link

Your employer sends a link. No app download. No new account. Opens in your browser.

Step 2

Connect your card

Link any Visa or Mastercard — personal, joint, debit, credit. We get a read-only transaction feed. We can't spend a cent.

Step 3

Spend & get reimbursed

Buy whatever qualifies under your employer's policy. It shows up automatically. Reimbursement lands in your next paycheck.

Keep every reward point.

Your card, your rewards. When you pay for a qualifying expense with your personal card, Visaala sees the transaction — but your card issuer still processes it normally. You keep every point, every mile, every cashback dollar.

Traditional platforms issue you a new corporate benefits card. You lose all your existing rewards. With Visaala, the card stays yours.

Chase Sapphire, Amex Gold, Capital One Venture — any rewards card works. Keep earning exactly as you do today.

What Visaala sees (for classification)

  • Merchant name, MCC code, amount, and date — to classify purchases
  • All transactions on enrolled cards — including personal spending, to detect policy matches

What Visaala never sees

  • Your card number, CVV, or payment credentials — ever
  • Your rewards balance or redemption history
  • Your bank account balance or other financial accounts

What gets reimbursed

Depends on what your employer enables. Here's what most companies offer.

Your employer sees very little. By design.

Visaala uses your transaction data to classify purchases — but your employer only ever sees the transactions that match their benefit plan. Everything else is invisible to them. Always.

What your employer sees

✓ Merchant name and amount — for transactions that match their benefit plan

✓ Transaction date — for reimbursement processing

✓ Your attestation note — if you added one for a flagged purchase

What your employer never sees

✗ Your personal spending — even if it's on the same card

✗ Transactions outside their benefit plan categories

✗ Your full card statement or spending history

✗ Your rewards balance, card number, or any financial account details

The key distinction

Visaala sees your full transaction feed to do classification accurately. But Visaala acts as a privacy layer between you and your employer — only forwarding the subset that's relevant to your benefit plan. Think of it like a bouncer: Visaala sees everyone at the door, but only lets the right ones through to your employer.

Your data is yours

Visaala operates under CFPB Section 1033 — the Personal Financial Data Rights Rule. You have the right to share your transaction data with authorized third parties, and the right to revoke access at any time. We never sell or share your data. We only retain the minimum necessary to validate eligible purchases.
